Lead Yourself First
Before leading others, you have to lead yourself first.
As a leadership coach, I accompany people who aspire to lead their lives with greater awareness and agency. Those who are ready to dare openness and transformation. Those who, in practical terms, are determined to become the best version of themselves and, in turn, a source of motivation and inspiration for others.
No matter the nature or scale of the challenge, renewing perspective means making room for a new state of mind. That’s where I come in. To support those who, with honesty and courage, choose to make leadership a personal affair.
SERVICES
Professional Coaching
I work with small, medium size, and start-up businesses who wish to elevate their talented individuals and teams to build a mutually enriching future with them. I help them do their inner work to generate the kind of outer impact that inspires ecosystems where everyone flourishes.

Individual Coaching
Good coaching draws on a valuable outside perspective to help us become observers of ourselves. It’s a process of learning and discovery. It is a fact that better humans make better leaders.

Team Coaching
Coaching shapes a future where organizations don’t just succeed, they thrive. Because at the heart of every success are people, and a belief in the unlimited potential of every teammate.

Conferences – Experiential Workshops
Conferences and experiential workshops designed and adapted to your needs and organizational realities. Themes are designed to leave a lasting impression on your audience. Far from the sage on the stage, I seek first and foremost to engage, stimulate, inspire, energize, challenge, move and impart learning.

Developing a coaching culture
Make coaching your secret weapon. A recent Gallup study shows that today’s employees want a coach, not a boss. This means that managers need to move from a delegating role to a developing one. A coaching culture is based on the principles of mutual respect, listening, interpersonal skills and vertical development.

Inspiration
The secret of change is to focus all of your energy not on fighting the old, but on building the new.

I discovered what it meant to be
I have never been listened to with so much presence. Deborah has given me new eyes to see how bright my future can be and has helped me find the courage to take the first of many steps. I discovered what it meant to be in a mood of ambition, resolute in my actions, and centered in my practice.

Tools and practice to understand myself
Working with Deborah has provided me with the tools and practice to understand myself and those around me to a deeper level. Recognizing how to interpret my body disposition and that of the people I’m engaged with has allowed me to strengthen my relationships and improve both my personal and professional levels of intellectual and physical being. Thank you, Deb, for coaching me through so much.

Lead Yourself First
Life is a series of attempts to get things right
In light of a series of events in my personal life, my parents’ failing health, and a conversation with a client who literally talked and walked herself out of a promotion although it was not her intent, I realized that life is a series of attempts to get things right.
Trust is an affair of the heart
How long does it take to fully trust someone? In the Coaching work that I do, it takes minutes. There is in that sacred space between two nervous systems a respect that knows no judgment, that is bound by confidentiality and that sees and hears the other fully in all their glory and human messiness.
The Other Side of Anger – Getting Emotionally Literate
Along with envy, jealousy, sadness, despair, insecurity, contempt, hate, guilt, fear, and many more, anger is one of those emotions popular belief will qualify as “negative”.
